INTRODUCTION

 IMPORTANT

We are a Swiss company. For our activities in the European community (EC) we are working in collaboration with the company Schneider Transport in St-Louis in France, who are handling the goods. Since we have been granted by a fiscal representation EC, we are assimilated as a French company.  

NEW DELIVERY TIME FOR THE PRODUCTS: 2 - 3 weeks after reception of the payment. If the products ordered are temporarily out of stock or in case of force majeure, the customer will be contacted and, if necessary, reimbursed.

Clause 2: OFFER TERM

Offers are valid as long as the item is shown online or until the stock runs out.

Clause 3: PRICES - TAXES INCLUSIVE

All prices quoted are inclusive French VAT (now 19,6%, for books 5,5%). Exemption claims must be supported by appropriate written certification at time of order. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Clause 4: OFFER ACCEPTATION

The customer confirms his/her purchase and all the information (first name, surname, address of delivery, email) by clicking. The seller confirms the order by sending an email.

Clause 5: PAYMENT

The customer has payment means described below. The customer insures the seller, when he validates his order, that he/she is creditworthy.

Payment means: 

•  in advance by credit card and secure payment on the CIC CAE bank website.

•  by bank transfer : CIC CAEMULHOUSE Bank. F-68100 Mulhouse, France. IBAN : FR 76 3008 7332 8100 0732 7140 105    BIC : CMCIFRPPxxx. If the order is done by fax or by post (with the mention of an email), you will receive a pro forma bill which needs to be paid in advance by bank transfer exclusively.  

Clause 6: DELIVERY

The ordered good is delivered by transport to the address which appears on the customer order. If the customer is away at the delivery time, he must contact the delivery service to organize another delivery or to pick up him/herself the goods at the warehouse.

Clause 7 : MINIMAL ORDER RATE

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of France.
